How do I commission an decorative finish for my home?
Step One-Phone call
During our initial phone conversation, I'll ask you some question about your project. I'd like to know

Step Two-Home Consultation
During this meeting, we'll sit down and talk about more specific details about your project.
I will take all this information with me to work on your proposal.
StepThree-Proposal/Contract/Retainer
Your proposal will be ready in a few days. It will contain details of:
If everything looks good, we will discuss a general time frame for your project.
A retainer (usually 20-50% of the price) and signed contract puts your project in my scheduling rotation.
I will then make your custom samples to be ready about 10 days before your start date.

- What have you seen that you like? don't like?
- What is the time frame for your project?
- Have you thought about a budget?

During this meeting, we'll sit down and talk about more specific details about your project.
- I'd like to see your home and your specific rooms to get an idea of your style and preferences,
- We will look at your favorite colors, and inspiration items, such as a piece of art work, furniture, or rug, that will inspire your space.
- We'll talk about your travels; your favorite place, and dream destinations.
- I will measure the rooms to be worked on and take photos
- You can see samples of finishes, or photos of work that I have done.
- We will talk about your budget for your project
I will take all this information with me to work on your proposal.

- color
- work specifically not addressed (such as fixing a hole in the wall)
- duration of your project
- total price and retainer required
- payment schedule
